Er is een gemeubileerde kamer beschikbaar in mijn appartement op twee verdiepingen in het centrum van de stad. De kamer beschikt over:

Een comfortabel bed, kledingkast en een elektrisch in hoogte verstelbaar bureau (ideaal om te werken of studeren).

Toegang tot een klein privébalkon.

De huurprijs is inclusief alles: gas, water, elektriciteit en 1 Gbps snel internet.

Het appartement ligt op een toplocatie - op een paar minuten lopen van de Albert Heijn, stadscentrum, bushalte en het busstation.

Er is ook een rustige, goed opgevoede kat in het appartement (die meestal op zichzelf blijft).

Ik zoek iemand die waarde hecht aan een schone en opgeruimde woonruimte, grenzen respecteert en de huur op tijd betaalt. Dit is ook mijn thuiskantoor op sommige weekdagen, dus een rustige en attente omgeving is belangrijk.

The apartment is in a prime location — a few minutes’ walk from Albert Heijn, city centre, bus stop, and bus station.

There is also a calm, well-behaved cat in the apartment (mostly keeps to himself).

I’m looking for someone who values a clean and tidy living space, respects boundaries, and pays rent on time. This is also my home office on some weekdays, so a calm and considerate environment is important.
